1. CHECK CONTROL BOX
Check that the Controller, which operates the desk up and down, is the only device plugged into the Control Box found under the desk.
2. UNPLUG SECONDARY CABLES
Verify the Controller is the only device plugged into the Control Box. Unplug cables (e.g. phone, Ethernet) from the secondary connector on the Control Box.
