E01 |
- Desk or bench has exceeded weight capacity
- Desk or bench movement speed has slowed significantly
|
- Remove some load from the desk or bench
|
E04, E05, E06 |
- System has exceed the total current limit for all motors combined
- System has exceeded current limit on one motor
|
- Remove some load from desk or bench
- Remove some loads or distribute the load move evenly on the top
|
E07/HOT |
- System software is protecting against motor overheating
|
- Synchronize the desk or bench (Refer to page 03.)
|
E08, E09, E20 |
- One or both of the motors are not detected
|
- Check that both motor cable plugs are properly plugged in
- Synchronize the desk or bench (Refer to page 03.)
|
E11 |
|
- Check if the desk or bench hits any obstacles along the desk's or bench's movement path or getting held by any hanging wires
|
E99 |
- Controller/switch is plugged into the wrong port
- Cable connector inside the controller/switch is loose
|
- Plug controller/switch in HS port instead of COM port
- Synchronize the desk or bench (Refer to page 03.)
