If the desk does not adjust up or down (Error Code E01, E04, E05, E06):
- Check that your desk is not severely overloaded. The lifting capacity of the desk varies by desk size. The calculated lifting capacity amount is labeled under the desk.
- Remove or redistribute weight from your desk. The weight needs to be evenly distributed and not concentrated over one leg.
- Synchronize the desk.
