If your desk is unresponsive or or if the digital-display controller does not display the height, check for power to the desk.
1. CHECK OUTLETS
- Check for power at the outlet. Does another devise have power when plugged into the outlet?
- Check that the desk is fully plugged in at the outlet on the panel, wall or power strip located under the desk.
2. CHECK POWER SUPPLY
Verify that the Power Cord is fully seated when connecting to the Power Supply found under the desk.
3. INSPECT POWER CORD FOR DEFECTS; REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE CORD.
4. CHECK POWER CONNECTION AT POWER SUPPLY AND COLUMN
Verify the 2-pin DC Power Cable is plugged into the Power Supply and Primary Lifting Column (1A).
5. INSPECT 2-PIN DC POWER CABLE FOR DEFECTS; REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE CORD
Inspect the Power Supply for damaged pins. If any appear bent, use a thumb tack to correct.
- Tip: If pins are bent, the controller may appear defective because the height will not display. Fix or replace Power Cable and synchronize the desk.
- Tip: When inspecting cables, unplug the Power Cord from the outlet.
