Solution/troubleshooting:
- Check that the Power Cord is not entangled and is allowed to freely travel.
- Check that the Power Cord is fully connected into the Control Box.
- Plug the desk into a working outlet (it may not be the current outlet) to test.
- If steps 1-3 do not work, replace the Power Cord or Control Box.
- After replacing the Control Box, synchronize the desk.
E11
Name: Port/Channel mismatch
Potential Cause:
- Lifting Column disconnected
- Lifting Column added or replaced
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Check Low-Voltage Cable connections for defects to the cord or pins.
- Synchronize the desk.
- If steps 1-2 do not work, replace Low-Voltage Cable.
- Test individual Lifting Columns.
- After replacing the Low-Voltage Cable or Lifting Columns, synchronize the desk.
E12
Name: Position error
Potential Cause:
- Too much back drive occurred
- Lifting Columns are not level (one is higher than the other)
Solution/troubleshooting: Synchronize the desk.
E13
Name: Short circuit
Potential Cause:
- Squeezed Low-Voltage Cable
- Short in Lifting Column motor
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Check Low-Voltage Cable connections for defects to the cord or pins.
- Replace Low-Voltage Cable.
- Test individual Lifting Columns.
E15
Name: Power limit
Potential Cause:
- Low-Voltage Cable pulled during adjustment
- Internal fault
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Check that the Low-Voltage Cable is not entangled, and is allowed to freely travel.
- If not installed already, use the strain relief loop built into the Control Box to prevent pulling in the future.
E16
Name: Button error
Potential Cause: Hitting multiple buttons simultaneously
Solution/troubleshooting: Check Controller for full function. Does the desk adjust all the way up and down?
E17
Name: Safety missing
Potential Cause: Control Box and Controller do not have up-to-date software
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Verify the Control Box software is current. Software 30020000 1.37 is not compatible.
- Replace the Control Box with an updated version.
- After replacing the Control Box, synchronize the desk.
E23, E24, E25
Name: Port/Channel 1, 2, 3 missing respectively
Potential Cause: Disconnection
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Check Low-Voltage Cable connections for defects to the cord or pins.
- Synchronize the desk.
- If steps 1-2 do not work, test individual Lifting Columns.
E29, E30, E31
Name: Port/Channel 1, 2, 3 type error respectively
Potential Cause: Change in Lifting Column type (i.e. extended height to basic height)
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Check Lifting Column type to ensure it matches other Lifting Columns
- Change Lifting Column to correct type.
- Synchronize the desk.
E35, E36, E37
Name: Port/Channel 1, 2, 3 pulse fail respectively
Potential Cause:
- Loose or faulty Low-Voltage Cable
- Sensor inside Lifting Column is sending errors
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Check Low-Voltage Cable connections for defects to the cord or pins.
- Synchronize the desk.
- If steps 1-2 do not work, test individual Lifting Columns.
E41, E42, E43, OVERLOAD
Name: Overload Hit obstruction
Potential Cause:
- Lifting Column is overloaded
- Reached end stop
- Overload up occurred
Solution/troubleshooting:
- Remove obstruction from under the desk (e.g. storage, chair).
- Verify that items attached to the desk (e.g. privacy screens, computer) are free from obstruction too.
- Remove weight load from desk; weight load should be evenly distributed.
- Synchronize the desk.
